Machine learning artificial intelligence
What is known as the modern civilization can be considered as a miraculous feat, made possible by science. How has it been possible to do everything that has to do with technology? Virtual flights, artificial food, even artificial intelligence. When you stop to contemplate what the human brain has achieved, it is quite remarkable.
Scientific method, and scientific research could be the most powerful idea humans have ever had. But now, humanity is at a critical juncture in which many of the systems man needs to master are extremely complex, ranging from climate change and macroeconomic issues to Alzheimer's. Man's ability to solve these challenges and how quickly he will achieve them will affect the future well-being of billions of people and the environment in which he lives.
Intelligence can be considered a process in which unstructured information is converted into useful and viable knowledge. The scientific promise of artificial intelligence is that we can synthesize, automate and optimize that process, using technology as a tool to help quickly acquire new knowledge in fields that would remain unexplored for humans without help. Working on artificial intelligence has become very fashionable.
What is machine learning?
The term artificial intelligence, is meant to simulate the higher functions of the brain, that is, create human intelligence at the expense of a computer.
Artificial intelligence is characterized by having the ability to reason a non-living rational agent. Artificial intelligence tries, in a few words and in a way to substitute the human brain for a machine.
The branches of science, such as computing, logic, philosophy and robotics have contributed to the creation and design of artificial intelligence machines, capable of resolving issues using the model itself. An agent, or a machine, requires large amounts of knowledge in order to have rationing about its objectives and the environment in which it develops, therefore, knowledge must be represented in an appropriate way, the logic of mathematics being a good choice for it.
What is deep learning?
Also known as deep neural networks, it is an aspect of artificial intelligence, which deals with simulating the learning approach, which humans use to obtain certain types of knowledge. Put simply, deep learning is a way to automate predictive analytics.
While traditional automatic learning algorithms are linear, deep learning algorithms are stacked in a hierarchy of increasing complexity and abstraction. In order to achieve a level of accuracy, deep learning programs require access to data quantities and processing power, neither was available to programmers until the era of large data and cloud computing. This is a very innovative way, to have artificial intelligence, a leap forward into the future.
The new technologies are on their way to a purely digital age, which can help the world, in terms of saving environmental spaces, the help of machines with automated learning, automatic qualitative and quantitative data analysis and so on. The future of the planet lies in these technologies, which have criticisms; however, history has shown that when there is a huge a path drawn so tightly, there is no way to step back.
